Beach Conditions Since Hurricane Michael

All of our homes pictures have been updated post hurricane Michael. Check captions for dated pictures. There may  be some continuing recovering ongoing on isolated cases out on Cape San Blas. However, from a tourist stand point the things you visit and love about our county are still here and you should only have minimal impacts due to the hurricane.

You can find reviews of all of our homes since hurricane Michael on our online ads below:
Thank you for your patience as we continuously update our homes.

Hurricane Michael dealt us a blow, but we have made huge strides in the recovery process in a short time. We look forward to having our extended family return to the Cape!

While the Hurricane devastated a lot of our county and neighboring counties Cape San Blas was very lucky. We are bounced back quicker than we ever could have imagined. Our landscapes are changed forever, but the things that guests have always come here for are still here.  We still have beautiful white sand beaches, the best sunsets of the panhandle, and emerald waters. The people are friendlier than ever and are ready to welcome you back to your paradise on earth. In fall 2019 we we also underwent a beach renourishment project which widened our beaches from the rock wall to Rish Park. So, most of our our beaches on Cape San Blas are now wider than they were Pre-Michael!

This rings true for our Beacon Hill homes as well, however, the landscapes are changed even more greatly there. You will see many empty lots where homes once stood, however, businesses are bouncing back and coming back as they can. Grey Whale and Oaks Rest Barn have many wonderful reviews following the storm.
